Sylvan Learning Centers®

We have served as admissions consultants for Sylvan Learning Center® franchises since 2003. Our Sylvan call center is staffed with an experienced, competent sales force that follows QAR guidelines. The call center hosts a proprietary database specifically designed to meet the needs of the Sylvan community, including: real-time inquiry & test-schedule reporting via a web-interface, detailed student history reports created during the information gathering phase, real-time monitoring of every inquiry that is undergoing follow-up processes, and access to detailed center information reports.

All follow-up materials, support and labor are included. We utilize a standardized follow-up process that closely follow report card & progress report dates. Non-converting inquiries receive follow-up calls up to 90 days after initial contact and receive up to 8 mail-outs over an 18-month period. When applicable, e-mail accompanies follow-up contacts to remind your customers that we appreciate them and remain available at all times.

We offer 2 tiers of service to Sylvan clients:

For a $99 monthly service fee AND $59 per assessment scheduled/completed, Tier 1 centers receive:

  • Cost-inclusive automatic inquiry routing technology. Let us handle all of your phone inquiries & help your staff better serve your currently enrolled clients by using our auto-attendant service. Your callers can simply choose from one of the following options to properly route the call: “If you are new to Sylvan & would like to speak with our education consultant to learn more about how we can help your child, press 1; if you are already enrolled & need to speak with your child’s progress manager, press 2.”
  • On-line access to test appointments, inquiry reports with detailed student educational histories & information, detailed follow-up histories, and center reports.
  • A standardized follow-up procedure, including: cost-inclusive follow-up materials, mailings & calls for every non-converting inquiry for up to 18 months.
  • Appointment reminders via e-mail (when applicable) & phone.
  • Directions to the center’s location with Mapquest® map via e-mail (when applicable).
  • Free autoDraft™ v1.2.1 software and support so your customers’ checking account payments may be automatically drafted and managed by you!
  • Quality Service Guarantee. If Admissions Annex does not improve your year-over-year (during first 12 month period, same year-over-year dates) inquiry-to-test AND inquiry-to-enrollment rates, then we pay your monthly services fees for 6 months.

For a $49 monthly service fee AND $69 per assessment scheduled/completed, Tier 2 centers receive:

  • Service via manual inquiry transfer to the call center. This is for centers wanting to use the Annex mostly as an overflow and after-hours call-center.
  • On-line access to test appointments, inquiry reports with detailed student educational histories & information, detailed follow-up histories, and center reports.
  • A standardized follow up procedure, including: cost-inclusive follow-up materials, mailings & calls for every non-converting inquiry for up to 18 months.
  • Appointment reminders via e-mail (when applicable) & phone.
  • Directions to the center’s location with Mapquest® map via e-mail (when applicable).
